The draft bill on the changes introduction to the Law “On State budget of Ukraine for 2007” N3283, submitted by the Cabinet of Ukraine, is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The draft bill foresees the increase of the minimum salary since April 1 up to UAH 420, since June 1 up to UAH 440, and since October 1 up to UAH 460; living wage for all main social and demographic population since April 1 by UAH 24 and since October 1 by UAH 22.
The Government proposes to make re-account of payment expenses for families with children, not sufficiently provided families, disabled people from birth, disabled children and temporal state assistance for children. The total volume of subvention for these purposes is increased by UAH 749.5 million.
Moreover, with the purpose to improve pension provision for the most not sufficiently provided citizens, the Cabinet intends to increase minimum pension since April 1 by 1% in comparison with living wage for persons who cant work. For financial provision of such increases the State budget will allocate additional UAH 2.6 milliard to the Pension fund of Ukraine.
In connection with the increase of salaries and living wage the additional expenses of free budget for scholarship and assistance for pupils, students and aspirants and persons working for doctor's degree will comprise UAH 75.5 million.
The draft bill also foresees to apply common basis in formation of monetary provision for military personnel.
