On November 21 at 9 am Justice Minister Sergey Golovaty has declared to direct an appeal from the court decision to restore Svyatoslav Piskun’s office, the Justice Ministry press office informs. The court decision has abolished the President’s decree of October 14, 2005.
The appeal will be handed to the court after all necessary documents and the final text of the court decision will have been thoroughly examined. Probably, it will be done on November 23.
