The Party of Regions will take the decision on voting for the bills on treatment of prisoners abroad just before their submission to the session hall, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing in the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
He expressed the view that MPs should support the bill authored by individual MP Mishchenko, set up a working group and develop an effective law, which would concern everyone, not one person.
