Despite warnings of the State Service for Tourism, Ukrainian tourists continue buying holiday packages to Egypt.
According to some reports, about six thousand Ukrainians are now in Egypt. Tour operators inform of the situation in the country, but do not take responsibility for the safety of people while traveling.
In addition, it is reported that a large number of tourists, who had previously purchased the tours and now do not want to fly, complain that they are not given money back.
So far, there were no casualties among the tourists.
Earlier, the State Agency for Tourism and Resorts asked tourism operators to temporarily refrain from organizing tours to Egypt until political situation in the country is improved.
