In particular, when leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov began his speech in Russian, the opposition members started shouting, interrupting him and stamping their feet.

Despite the fact that the speech of Yefremov was not heard, he continued to speak in Russian. At this time head of the Parliament Volodymyr Rybak calmly looked at the opposition.

Concluding his speech, Yefremov said: "Thank you all for your attention and neo-fascists for accompaniment."

Then leader of the Svoboda faction Oleh Tyahnybok went to the rostrum.
