Yulia Dzhyma won the silver medal at the European Biathlon Championship in Bansko, Bulgaria, the press service of the Ukrainian Biathlon Federation reported.
It is noted that the sprint was under threat till the last moment due to the fog.
As reported, Ukraine earlier won four medals at the Biathlon World Championships. Pidhrushna earlier took gold in sprint and finished third in pursuit. Vita Semerenko took bronze in sprint, and Valia Semerenko claimed bronze in individual races.
