In 2013, a perinatal center equipped with modern medical techniques will be built and put into operation in Kherson, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said at the opening ceremony of the City Heart Center in Kherson, the press service of the head of state reports.
"In 2013, we will build and open a high level perinatal center in Kherson region creating good conditions for women who must give birth to healthy children," the President said.
Yanukovych stressed that it is very important to open new perinatal centers in all regions of Ukraine.
