The new legislation allows putting securities market to right, chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Klimenko told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We have developed and streamlined securities taxation. The State Tax Service emphasized that this market requires fundamental changes in the tax system and we have introduced them," he said.
Klimenko mentioned that those changes were discussed with the Finance Ministry, the National Bank, the National Commission for Securities, representatives of the real economy and securities traders. "We have jointly worked out the mechanisms, which make tax risks impossible and make the market transparent and accountable," he concluded.
