On June 6, 2012 Ukrgasbank granted its first mortgage loan within the "Affordable housing" program. A young family of three people will get two-room apartment in a new building site.
The family, with only one working member, also signed an agreement with the youth housing assistance Fund and was granted partial compensation (13% out of 16% interest rate)
This is the first joint experience of Ukrgasbank and the youth housing assistance Fund in realization of the "Affordable housing" program.
Deputy chairman of the Ukrgasbnak directors' board Olena Dmytriyeva informed that the bank had already signed more than 50 introductory loan contracts within the governmental program.
