Police officials has found three kilos of explosives, three modified gas guns, peephole masks, 23 cartridges and bullet-proof vests in a back room of a kindergarten of Pervomaisk region of Crimea.
According to the press office of the Crimean department of the Interior Ministry, local police officials have already detained the owner of the weapons. It appeared to be a local resident of the region, 23 year-old, unemployed with previous convictions.
"In the course of further investigation police officials have found another hiding place with two revolvers, two 'Magnum' guns, seven cartridges and a rubber truncheon. Police is establishing why the young man has collected such arsenal of weapons," the press release says.
The police department has instituted a criminal case, and the collector is facing imprisonment from three to five years.
