Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych met with U.S.
Assistant Secretary of State Daniel Freed, “Cabinet press office” reported.
The discussion concerned preparation for the visit
of the Prime Minister of Ukraine to the United States of America, scheduled for
December 3-6, 2006.
The sides agreed that the visit of the Ukrainian
Premier to the USA should become an important stage of development of the
Ukrainian-American relations and promote strengthening of strategic
partnership.
Viktor Yanukovych and Daniel Freed have also considered some issues
of bilateral cooperation.
