Today, during executive meeting, the mayor of Lutsk, Anton Krivitsky, ordered to gather mutilated street lamps, benches, windows and the like and to hold an exhibition of vandalism.
According to his words, the problem of vandalism is very sharp in the city. As soon as the municipal services set the new street lamps, benches, sewerage hatches, they turned out to be broken or stolen. The mayor also pointed out that repair and fixing of new ones costs the city 20% of additional expense from the means, provided for in the state budget.
Exactly this became the reason for holding the exhibition of vandalism. The mayor hopes that after this action the citizens of the city will change their attitude towards city property.
