It is impossible to develop a bill on amendments to the Constitution and adopt it at tomorrow's sitting of Parliament, head of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing in Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, today the Verkhovna Rada has no bills on constitutional reform, but there is an agreement to establish a working group. "It can be created, but there is a procedure for amendments to the Constitution which is written in the rules ... But some people believe that we can write a bill for one night. It is impossible," he said.
Yefremov stressed that the constitutional reform is a complex and serious bill, the creation of which takes time.
