Parliament begins to consider issue on Kyiv election

The Verkhovna Rada has begun to consider the issue on mayor election in Kyiv and deputies elections to the Kyiv City Council.

As ForUm correspondent reports, before the consideration of this issue Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Rybak asked MPs: "How will we consider? Under complete or shortened procedure?"

Representatives of all parliamentary factions supported the first option and decided to consider this issue under a complete procedure.

Rybak gave an hour to consider the election issue.
