Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn accuses his first deputy Adam Martyniuk of setup in adopting the language law, Lytvyn said in the beginning of the plenary session.

"The best friend of mine, with whom I've shared bread and salt, has betrayed me completely," Lytvyn said, having Martyniuk in mind, as it was him who held the session yesterday.

This phrase has caused a slight buzz among MPs.

"I am entitled to say everything what I think and this is true," the speaker commented.
