The Government of Ukraine plans to approve the draft law about the amendments to the budget 2008 at the meeting on Saturday, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko at the press-conference in Mykolaiv on Friday.
“We plan to hold a sitting tomorrow at 11 am to approve the budget for the next hearing in the Parliament. And then, we will discuss it for three days,” said the Prime Minister.
Besides, the Prime Minister said the law about the amendments to the state budget must consolidate the political forces in the Parliament, as Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“Today, the introduction of amendments to the budget, which enables to distribute additional UAH 34 million – is to consolidate political forces,” said Tymoshenko. She added they are ready to have a dialogue with all political forces about the necessity of amendments.
“The most important is that the real work must not be substituted with politicking. If not (the draft law isn’t approved, ed.), some of the political forces are desperately sick,” summarized the Prime Minister.
