Ukraine’s Prime Minister Yuri Yekhanurov plans to submit the Cabinet’s address to the President of Ukraine. The Cabinet proposes to cancel the state of emergency in three regions of Crimea in accordance with the conclusions and assessments made by the international experts. PM Yekhanurov mentioned that it would be quite possible and enough to put a quarantine there.
Two committees headed by Vice-Minister Melnik and Emergency Minister Victor Baloha will take a control of the situation. The final conclusions will be published after the juridical analysis of the situation.
