Spokesman of the Interior Ministry department in Kyiv Ihor Mykhalko has no information about why the people’s deputies and journalists were not allowed into the building of the Kyiv City Council.
"I do not have any information about why the accredited media and the deputies were not allowed into the building of the Council," he told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
Mykhalko added that the door to the session hall of the Kyiv City Council was blocked by the deputies from the inside.
