Kharkov's District Court postponed the hearings on the second trial of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko until May 21.
The decision was made by judge Kostyantyn Sadovski, meeting the motion of Tymoshenko's defense team on trial suspension till Tymoshenko's full recovery.
The court decided "to consider impossible the consideration of Tymoshenko's case without her participation and scheduled the next hearings on May 21."
