Ukraine and Turkmenistan reached the agreement on gas supplies, PM Yuryi Yekhanurov told it coming out before the students of Shevchenko’s Kyiv National University.
“The talks finished, the agreement was signed,” said Yekhanurov.
He did not go into details touching upon the price, but noted that the fact of signing the agreement with Turkmenistan should positively influence the gas talks between Ukraine and Russia.
As a reminder, Fuel-Energy Minister of Ukraine Ivan Plachkov and Naftogaz chief Oleksiy Ivchenko left for Turkmenistan to talks over the conditions of Turkmen natural gas supplies to Ukraine in 2006, UNIAN told.
