Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak opened the morning session and announced break in the Parliament’s work till 4 pm, ForUm correspondent reports.
269 parliamentarians have been registered in the session hall.
Rybak informed the MPs of ongoing negotiations among the leaders of all factions. "I declare a break until 4 pm and ask all deputies to summon in the session hall after the break," he said.
It is worth noting that the presidium and the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada are unblocked.
