The thirteenth session of the Kyiv City Council is closed, secretary of the Kyiv City Council Halyna Hereha stated after the opposition deputies blocked the rostrum of the Solomensky district administration, ForUm correspondent reports.
After that, the deputies sang the Anthem of Ukraine in the hall.
In the morning, the building of the Solomensky district administration was heavily guarded, as the deputies started holding a plenary session of the Kyiv City Council.
