The Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union can be signed as soon as Kyiv is ready for it, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule said in Vilnius on Thursday during a business forum which is held as part of the Eastern Partnership summit, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
"This offer is still important. The Association Agreement can be signed when Ukraine is ready for this," he said.
He also noted that the signing of this Agreement would give a clear signal to investors that Ukraine is serious about modernization.
