Defense of citizen of Ukraine Ruslan Yakushev, seacook on the Greenpeace ship "Arctic Sunrise" filed an appeal against the decision of the Court of Murmansk on his arrest.
"Today, a Ukrainian lawyer has filed an appeal," spokesman of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine said on Tuesday.
As a reminder, September 20, Greenpeace ship "Arctic Sunrise" with a multinational team of 30 people was detained by Russian border guards in the Pechora Sea. Environmentalists tried to protest against oil drilling on Gazprom’s platform "Prirazlomnaya."
