About ten thousand tourists from Ukraine rest now on the resorts of the Arab Republic of Egypt. 70% of them plan to return to Ukraine in the next week, the Association of Leaders of Tourist Industry of Ukraine says.
"Tour operators, members of the Association of Leaders of Tourist Industry of Ukraine (ALTU), in collaboration with the Foreign Ministry and the Egyptian tourism partners are making every effort to minimize the impact of this situation on holidays of Ukrainian tourists in Egypt," ALTU press office says.
According to the Egyptian partners of Ukrainian tour operators now the situation in resort areas and hotels remains stable.
The ALTU stressed that the tour operators, members of the ALTU continue to monitor the situation and are in constant contact with the tour operators in Egypt and tourists.
