The ammonia concentration in the air in Horlivka is within normal limits, environment minister Oleg Proskuriakov said, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I can responsibly state that there are no man-made and environmental threats to the employees and residents. I was on-site in a meter radius and made sure with the members of the commission that there is no excess of ammonia in the atmosphere or in the water," the minister stressed.
