A simplified procedure for access to administrative services by means of the Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts "Ukrposhta" will be free for citizens, acting Ukrposhta CEO Kostiantyn Kryvenko said after the signing of the memorandum "On mutual cooperation in simplification of providing administrative services between the State Registration Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts "Ukrposhta", ForUm correspondent reports.
"This service will be free for citizens. They will only pay for the postage," he said.
