The Central Election Commission declared Vadym Novinsky winner in the midterm elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the 224th constituency in Sevastopol.
July 15, during the CEC meeting, the Commision member Oleksandr Chupakhin reported that during the election candidacy of Novinsky gained 19 thousand 234 votes.
Candidate Vasyliy Parkhomenko gained 11 thousand 593 voters, Vasyliy Zelenchuk - 2 thousand 313 votes, Dmytro Bilotserkovets - 1 thousand 207 votes.
In general, according to Chupahin, 36 thousand 632 voters participated in the voting.
Following consideration of the issue, 11 members of the CEC signed the relevant minutes of the commission.
