President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych initiates changes in the procedure for appointing heads of regional departments of central bodies of executive power, ForUm learned from the press service of the President.
Paying a working visit to Zaporizhia region, Yanukovych noted that a draft decree is already prepared.
"Draft President’s decree on the procedure of appointing the heads of central bodies of executive power in the regions is prepared. It will provide for all points- no official representative of the central bodies of executive power in the regions will be appointed without consent of the local authorities," he stressed.
