As a result of rising Dnipro River waters, 30 streets and alleys of the town of Radul, in Chernihiv region were flooded. People move in the town by boats, the Emergency Service department in Chernihiv region informs.
A mobile fire-rescue post functions to provide fire and technological security during the passage of flood.
Since April 30, duty of an armored reconnaissance and patrol vehicle and a boat is organized in the town for transportation of patients, the transportation of drinking water, food, medicine, aid in the livelihood of the village. In addition, local residents organized boat crossing to the deepest parts of the streets.
The lifeguards have already assisted 235 residents in transfers.
The situation is under the control of the Emergency Service department in Chernihiv region.
