The Economic Court of Kyiv region collected over UAH 42 million from Aerosvit Airlines for servicing at the Boryspil Airport, Ukrinform reports.
“On the suit from the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine of January 17, 2013, the Economic Court of the Kyiv Region collected over UAH 42 million of debt for airport's duties and rendered services from the PJSC Aerosvit Airlines in favor of the Boryspil International Airport,” a statement reads.
At the beginning of the month, Boryspil has said about stopping of servicing Aerosvit flights, however, after the airport received partial advance payment and a letter of commitment on payment for services over next days, servicing of Aerosvit flights was resumed.
