Energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky believes that the Interdepartmental commission of investigation into the agreement on cooperation in the implementation of the national LNG Terminal project has determined severe enough punishment for head of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects Vladyslav Kaskiv.
"I believe that the reprimand is a severe punishment," he said before the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports. Kaskiv added that the commission's findings also include an offer of dismissal of other persons, involved in the incident. The candidates must ne identified and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers and the President’s Administration by Kaskiv himself.
The official said that the findings of law enforcement officers suggest "the need to improve the mechanism of signing of the investment agreements".
