The government is ready to do all the necessary to sign the Association Agreement in 2013, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov posted on Facebook, the Cabinet’s press service informs.
On Jan 11, the Prime Minister held the meeting with ministers and vice prime ministers to discuss the implementation of the action plan to work with the European Union.
"The program for this year is very intense and requires the coordination of many departments and agencies. I will coordinate all the work, thus raising the level of problem-solving to the highest level in the government. This shows our determination and commitment to do all the necessary to sign the Agreement this year," Azarov said.
According to the Prime Minister, the continuing cooperation of Ukraine within the WTO was also addressed at the meeting. "We identified a few trade-offs, which we will discuss with our European partners," Azarov said.
