There are about 300 people in front of the Central Election Commission, who are protesting against fraud at the parliamentary elections on October 28.

At 11 am, the activists began speaking using a loudspeaker. The activists and journalists from Donbas have already spoken.
Participants of the rally expect the opposition leaders to come soon.
