$130 thousand will be spent at the exit poll in Ukraine this year, director of the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiative Fund Iryna Bekeshkina told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

She said that the funding is provided by several international donors. Besides a poll on the election day, the Exit poll project will include several other large-scale programs.

"The exit poll, which is conducted on the election day at 400 districts, will cost approximately $130 thousand, but there is still a pre-election poll, a post-election poll and a poll at two majority districts - approximately $ 20 thousand for each district," she said.

In addition, she stressed that the methodology of the exit poll will remain the same as in 2010. The polls will not be held in prisons, hospitals and at overseas polling stations.
According to Bekeshkina, there will be two parallel exit polls – conducted by the Razumkov Center and the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology.

In turn, director general of the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology Volodymyr Paniotto noted that the statistical error in the results of the national exit poll in future elections will not exceed 2.5% for the leaders of the race and will be in the 0.5-1% range for other parties. The average error, he said, will be 1.3%.
