The Cabinet of Ministers allowed the Central Election Commission purchasing air time to publish materials needed for the preparation and holding of parliamentary election, subject to mandatory disclosure, without tendering procedures, the Economic Development and Trade Ministry of Ukraine press office informed.
The relevant decision was taken at the Cabinet’s meeting on August 22. The document provides for the order of purchasing goods, works and services required for the preparation and holding of the parliamentary election of Ukraine, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on April 23 in accordance with the law on parliamentary election in Ukraine.
