The Kyiv district court of Kharkiv postponed the consideration of the criminal case against former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko on abuse of power being the head of "Unified Energy Systems of Ukraine" (UESU) till September 11.
The presiding judge Kostiantyn Sadovsky read out a relevant decree at the meeting.
"The court resolved to adjourn the case till September 11, 2012, 10 am," he said.
Sadovsky announced that the court had received answers to its requests from the Court of Appeal of the Kharkiv region, as well as the Central Clinical Hospital on the technical possibilities of video conferencing with Tymoshenko.
The court decided to grant the petition of the prosecution and to send Tymoshenko the request for her consent to participate in the hearing by the video conference.
Then, Sadovsky closed the meeting and left.
