Ecology minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavitski declares that winners of the contest on development of shale gas fields have been determined, ForUm correspondent reports.
Speaking at a briefing, the official has noted the Ministry has accepted applications from all contesters and that two winners have been defined. However, Stavitski has refused to name the winners, saying Ukraine's PM Azarov will make an announcement soon.
The minister only informed that one of the winners will work on the gas fields in Odessa and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, while another one will develop Kharkiv and Donetsk fields.
