According to the official, due to bad weather conditions in autumn of 2011 and winter of 2011-2012, 13% of seedling was lost, and it is necessary to reseed 1.1 million hectares during the spring sowing campaign. The Cabinet has allocated 300 million hryvnias for reseeding of the lost crops.
Khoroshkovski also informed it is planned to seed total of 15.8 million hectares during the spring sowing campaign
