President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych estimates the growth of GDP in
our state in 2012 at 6%, he said during a meeting with the
administrative and economic leadership of the Kmelnyskyi region in
Kamyanets-Podilskyi, ForUm learned from the presidential press office.
The President stressed that "very serious work to develop of the country” must continue in order to maintain positive growth of GDP. "The innovation and investment model that we laid into the foundation of development of the state, makes us to work to attract investment, create new technologies," Viktor Yanukovych said.
"We must work seriously on domestic and foreign markets... We must be competitive. The higher the rating our country has, the more confidence it will see," the President said.
