"I don't think it is normal when protesters come and smash down state buildings. You must understand that radicalization does not make any good. Where is a guarantee that a mentally sick person does not enter a state institution," he said in an interview with ForUm.
Tedeyev was quite judgmental: "Strict measures must be taken. Look at the White House and the fence around it. If someone crossed the line a sniper would take him immediately. If there is no adequacy and responsibility we need more strict measures in he administrative order."
The MP also reminded that except for deputies, journalists and employees the parliament welcomes also pupils and students, who come there for excursions. "They also must be provided with security," the politician summed up.
