of Ukraine and Russia, Ukrainian Ambassador to Russia Kostiantyn
Hryshchenko said and added that Kyiv is ready to do it
without any preliminary conditions.
"Kyiv has called for the resumption of a dialogue between the presidents of Ukraine and Russia", Kostiantyn Hryshchenko stressed.
"We need the resumption of a dialogue at the highest level. Presidents are elected by people, and it's wrong and impossible to resolve fundamental issues without their opinion and involvement," he said.
