Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko told a briefing that at its sitting the Government began to consider proposals of the Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance on approving the macroeconomic figures for 2009 in view of the global financial crisis. The PM also noted that the President’s representative despite of high professional elaboration of these proposals had criticized them.

“Unfortunately, we see no other positive work of the Presidential Secretariat except fault-finding,” Yulia Tymoshenko said. She reminded that Government as ever is ready for constructive cooperation and creation of a common Government-Presidential Secretariat working group to complete agreement of macroeconomic figures.

According to the Premier, to the next Gov’t sitting this working group will complete all issues on macroeconomic figures, Cabinet's press office reported.

“We are ready to make a compromise, ready to work as one team and ready till next Wednesday to take into account all issues the President would like to see in macroeconomic figures,” Yulia Tymoshenko added.
