President Viktor Yushchenko forwarded to Verhovna Rada a number of draft laws which he believes require urgent consideration, President’s press office reports.
These are draft laws:
- “On ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and Slovak Republic on mutual favoring and protection of investments”
- “On ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and Georgia on simplification of naturalization of those Georgian citizens who permanently reside in Ukraine and those Ukrainian citizens who permanently reside in Georgia as well as on cases of no citizenship or double citizenship prevention”
- "On ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Republic of Hungary on reciprocal protection of the secret information“
- “On ratification of the Decision on modification and addition introduction to Provisions on joint antiterrorist center by Commonwealth of Independent States members”
- “On ratification of the Protocol on the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania joining the Agreement between Ukraine and European Community on partnership and cooperation”
- "On Ukraine’s joining the UNESCO Convention on the Safeguarding on the Intangible Cultural Heritage”
- "On ratification of the European Convention on the Non-Applicability of Statutory Limitations to Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes”
- "On ratification of the European Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions concerning Custody of Children and on Restoration of Custody of Children”
- “On amending the Law of Ukraine “On national awards of Ukraine”
- “On amending Criminal and Criminal-procedural codes of Ukraine” (On responsibility for Holodomor denial)
- "On ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and European Community on simplification of visas granting”
- “On ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and European Community on persons readmission”
