President Viktor Yushchenko expressed his condolences to relatives of miners who had been killed by a blast in the A. Zasyadko coalmine on 18 November in Donetsk region. He also whished soonest recovery to survivors of the blast.
“With pain in heart I have known about tragedy in the coalmine named after A. Zasyadko as a result of which miners were killed and injured. I grieve and mourn with the whole Ukraine. Please accept my condolences and wishes of soon recovery of injured people,” the President’s letter says.
“Local authorities must take all necessary steps to provide victim families with all support needed”, President said.
