All democratic forces are ready to provide significant rights to opposition in order opposition gets chance to control the power for the first time for 16 and a half years. BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko stated that yesterday after the meeting with the President and leaders of parties-winners, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
Tymoshenko noted that democratic forces are ready on the basis of the law on parliamentary opposition to give it such rights: to control Chamber of Account, to have right to control financial flows, to have right to head a number of parliamentary committees and to give opposition a position of vice Prime Minister to control activity of the government.
Moreover, BYuT leader stated that democratic forces are ready to give opposition positions of deputies in Ministries, departments and in district state administrations. According to Tymoshenko, it means that opposition will be given a possibility to control every step and action of the power.
“We do so because we do not hide anything,” she said.
