The draft bill on immunity cancellation of the President and the People’s deputies has been sent to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on Friday morning. Chairman of the VRU of the fifth convocation Olexander Moroz has told journalists in Ilichivsk (Odesa region).
According to him, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine confirmed the legitimacy of the parliament, by having accepted this draft bill for the consideration,
According to Moroz, the VRU at the next session may consider this document and cancel the immunity of the President and the People’s deputies by quantity of 300 votes.
