Yushchenko to provide every family with flag

On Thursday President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko will start the national project “Ukrainian flag for every family”.

The project is scheduled for three years and is divided into four stages:

The first stage foresees flags provision for village councils and schools;

The second stage – flags provision for district schools and dwellers of district centers;

The third stage – flags provision for state institutions and education establishments;

The fourth stage – flags provision for every family.

According to the President’s conception, the flag, as the national symbol, unites all Ukrainian society.
