The Constitutional Court of Ukraine received submissions of President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko concerning the row of Cabinet’s resolutions, CCU press service informs.
In particular, the CCU received a submission concerning the correspondence of the Cabinet’s resolutions on appointment and discharge of heads of central and local executive bodies.
Besides, the CCU received a submission concerning Cabinet of Ministers resolution No.1854 of December 29, 2006 concerning creation of “Ukratomprom” and also Cabinet of Ministers resolution No.456 of March 14 on endorsement of concern statute of “Ukratomprom”.
According to the CCU regulations, constitutional submissions were sent to the CCU secretariat for examination.
