President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has signed new Decree on early parliamentary elections on September 30. Representative of the President in CEC and CCU Maruna Stavniychuk said that today at a briefing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

“Decree of the President of Ukraine № 675/2007
On changes introductions to Decree of the President of Ukraine from June 5, 2007 № 497.
Following part 2 of article 82 of the Constitution of Ukraine and in accordance with part 2 of article 77, 102, point 7 of part 1 and 3 of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decree:
1. to introduce changes to Decree of the President of Ukraine from June 5, 2007 № 497 “On early parliamentary elections”:
2. This decree enters into force since date of its publication.
